aluminum sheet material using the Capacitors Discharge welding process, but may also be
welded with the Short Cycle Drawn Arc weld process on thicker aluminum plate..
2. Insulation Bi Metallic Pins are designed tip ignition according to the capacitors discharge
welding process.
3. The stud flange is designed according to EN ISO 13918.
4. The base material is aluminum alloy with enough hardness.
5. The pins material is stainless steel or copper coated mild steel
