1. Simply peel off the backing tape.

3. Remove the fixing disc.
4. Put the insulation in place, and push the insulation onto the pin.
5. Push the fixing disc over the pin.
6. IMPORTANT NOTE – ADD THE CAP OR BEND THE PIN OVER ON ITSELF TO AVOID IT IMPALING SOMEONE.
7. Your insulation is now hanging without the fear of falling out.
8. Super sticky, good luck getting them off if you stick them in the wrong place!
