Featuring a mild steel plate base this bonding fastener benefits from a reduced weight and can be used in small spaces

Punctuated with holes in the base allowing a number of fixing options. Can be bonded with structural adhesives or included into GRP

moulded products.

This female bonding fastener has a securely welded base and is made from a machine-threaded mild steel tube. The tube base is closed

so threaded rods cannot penetrate the base of the fastener.

A list of common sizes are shown below in the table and we also offer custom designs for specific applications (subject to minimum order

quantities).

Ensuring the adhesive is fully mixed, dispense sufficient adhesive for the application

Locate the Master-Plate fastener over the adhesive

Firmly press the Master-Plate fastener into the adhesive until adhesive flows through the holes in the base plate

Following the adhesive manufacturers instructions, allow sufficient curing time

Once the adhesive is fully cured, the Master-Plate fastener is ready for use
