Galvanized Perforated Disc Washers Pack X 100 For Insulation Boards

Perforated Disc Washers with screws are widely used to fix lightweight insulation boards. Large diameter perforated disc washers (35mm/36mm/70mm) are designed for use with screws to hold insulation materials to battens. They can also be used for cracked ceiling repairs.

Note: Once installed, the head of the fixing should be taped and sealed to avoid any contact with wet plaster. Failure to do so may result in surface damage.

1. When using the perforated disc washers to fix tile backer boards to walls and floors, it is recommended to use 15 washers per 1200 x 600mm board.
2. This is only a guide and specifically depends on the type, thickness, subsurface and what is to be put onto the board.
3. It is the installer's responsibility to use the correct number of washers to hold the tile backer board in place.
