Product Description

Self Stick rock wool fasteners easily install any type of insulation up to 3.5" thick to air ducts, metal buildings, concrete foundations - even to the underside of wooden roofs. These insulation hangers are perfect for installing fiberglass or rubber insulation blankets or polystyrene board. The sticker backing makes placement easier, with a unique Easy-Peel adhesive backing design that eliminates fumbling with release paper.

Installation Instructions
  1. Clean the surface thoroughly
  2. Peel off the backing paper
  3. Stick the pin in place
  4. Apply pressure to the pin
  5. Wait 15-20 minutes for adhesive to set
  6. Install insulation and secure with self locking washer

Application Guidelines: Average usage is 6pcs/m² for 1-10 layers, 7pcs/m² for 11-20 layers, and 9pcs/m² for 21-26 layers. Any single block with an area greater than 0.1m² must be anchored. Increase anchor density around sun-exposed areas, under openings, and along edges (not exceeding 300mm spacing). Maintain at least 60mm from base edges.
