Self Adhesive Stick Pins Description:

Self adhesive stick pins also named peel and press insulation hanger, it is made of mild steel nail or aluminum nails with galvanized steel square washer base. 

If the nail is made of steel wire, it must be annealed, then mechanically galvanized, one is convenient for customers, and the other is to increase or decrease product life, waterproof and rustproof.

if the nail made of aluminum material, the grade must be 1100, on the one hand, it is easy to bend and each segment, and second, it has sufficient hardness to withstand the weight of the insulation material.

if specifical application, can choose stainless steel 304/316 material.

Specification Of Self Adhesive Stick Pins:

Self adhesive stick pins base plate size is 30mm, 40mm, 50mm or to be customer's requirements.

For the pin diameter is 2.7mm and 3mm. of couse, we can be your request to adjust the pin diameters.

For the stick pin length: from 15mm to 318mm.

Application Of Self Adhesive Stick Pins:

Self adhesive stick pins is used for fixing wall insulation layers, becase of spindles with a corrosion resistant coating and it is made of galvanized steel with a pre-applied, pressure-sensitive adhesive protected by a release paper. Stick directly to the wall, then pins into the insulation layer , self locking washer fixing the insulation layer, then bend the pins. i square meters need 25 pieces self stick pins.
